At REBEL, we stand behind our products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your REBEL account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
